Kim is the deputy director at World Journalism Institute. She is a graduate of Covenant College ('99) with a B.A. in English and minor in education. Upon graduating, Kim worked as a paralegal at Currie Johnson Griffin Gaines & Myers, in Jackson, Miss. She taught middle school for three years before coming to WJI. She is a WJI fellow and editor of the WJI Times Observer.
